SureCart Automation Triggers
With our integration, you can trigger FluentCRM Automations based on specific events in SureCart, including detailed Order, Subscription, and Refund triggers (so far, we are adding more based on feedback and priority). These triggers allow you to automate workflows like sending follow-up emails, applying tags, or updating customer profiles when certain actions occur, such as when an order is created, shipped, or paid, or when a subscription is renewed or canceled. By leveraging these triggers, you can create personalized and efficient automations to match your store’s specific needs.
Order Triggers
- Order Created – Occurs when an order is created
- Order Delivered – Occurs when an order’s shipment status changes to delivered

NOTE: Our plugin adds SureCart events to the webhook endpoint, which are necessary for SureCart triggers to function correctly. If you’ve customized your webhook endpoint events in your SureCart account, please ensure that the events included in our addon remain enabled to ensure seamless integration and proper functionality.

Yes, FluentCRM is required to use the FluentCRM Integration features of the Toolkit for SureCart addon. The automation triggers are available in the free version, but the Pro version of FluentCRM is necessary to access dynamic segmentation and automation conditions.
