This powerful tool allows you to create fully customized checkout links with specific products, variants, quantities, and even coupon codes. Whether you’re responding to a sales inquiry, offering a special deal in a Facebook group, or building product bundles, the Quote Builder makes it effortless. You get complete control, and your customer receives a straightforward buying experience.
Just build the quote, and share it wherever you want. Customers will see a professional, invoice-style quote with your branding, line items, totals, and any applied discounts. They can download or print the quote, or proceed to checkout with a single click. Everything is intuitive, prefilled, and ready to go.
Build Custom Quotes
Creating a custom quote has never been easier or more powerful. The Quote Builder was designed to give store admins full control over the checkout experience without the hassle of manually creating complex URLs. Instead, everything happens in a friendly and intuitive interface that guides you through each step.
Start with a Quote Title
Each quote begins with a required title, which acts as an internal name for your reference. This keeps everything organized and searchable later when managing or editing quotes in the admin area.
Product Details + Optional Coupon
Each product is added as its own row, where you can:
- Product – Choose from your SureCart product list.
- Price – Pick the exact price option available for the selected product.
- Variant – (If applicable) Select a product variant to include.
- Quantity – Set the number of units to include in the quote.
- Coupon Code – Apply an optional discount by entering any existing SureCart coupon.
You can click “Add More Products” to insert additional rows, allowing you to quote multiple products in a single bundle.
Optional Customer Selection
If the quote is for a specific customer, you can select their name from a dropdown list of existing SureCart customers. This field is optional, so you’re free to leave it blank for general-purpose quotes that can be used in marketing or public bundle offers.
Generate And Share Prefilled Checkout Links
Once your quote is configured, click the “Generate” button. Behind the scenes, the system compiles all your selections into a complex SureCart URL, complete with line items, quantities, variants, prices, and coupons, automatically.
What makes this feature truly awesome is how it presents the result:
- You’ll see a formatted summary of the quote with the title, product names, quantities, and variants in clear text.
- A prefilled checkout link is provided below that summary in a SureCart-style input field.
- Clicking the “Copy” button copies both the summary text and the checkout URL together, which is perfect for sending in a message, support reply, or even posting online.
Fun Fact:
Copying the generated URL also inludes a summary with the quote name, products, prices, variants, quantities, and any coupons. Pretty cool!

Manage All Your Quotes (Admin)
All generated quotes are automatically saved and listed in a dedicated Quotes menu item within the SureCart admin menu.
This screen shows a familiar table layout with each quote’s ID, title, customer name, quoted products, coupon (if applicable), and date created. It’s a convenient way to review and organize all the quotes you’ve created, whether for individual customers, bulk orders, or general promotions.
Each quote is shown to the customer in a clean, invoice-style format for easy review and sharing in the Customer Dashboard.
Individual Quote View (Admin)
Clicking on any quote opens a detailed admin view where you can review everything in plain language, make changes to the quote, or use the Copy button. This clever feature grabs both the readable summary and the prefilled URL, ready to paste anywhere, making it easy to follow up with customers or reuse quotes later.
Edit Quotes Later As Needed
If you want to update a quote, like updating a price, adding a discount, changing the quantity, or adding more products, admins can easily do that from the individual quote screen. Simply make the necessary changes and click the update button, and the quote will be updated. If you already shared the link with a customer, be sure to share the new link with them.
Integrated Access Where You Need It Most
The Quote Builder is easy to find and use, whether you’re preparing a custom offer for a customer or creating a shareable checkout for general use. Once enabled from the Quote Builder tab in the B2B for SureCart addon settings, a new button appears right on that settings page to launch the builder at any time.
Add New From The Quotes List
To make creating new quotes even easier, we also provide an “Add New Quote” button at the top of the quotes list, just like the familiar “Add New” buttons for Posts or Pages in WordPress. This gives you quick access to open the quote builder from wherever you’re viewing and managing your quotes.
Open The Quote Builder In The Messaging System
Even better, it’s also built directly into the SureCart Messaging System. On both the main inquiries list and individual message views, admins will see a new option in the Actions dropdown called “Open Quote Builder.” This makes it incredibly quick to respond to a product inquiry by building and sending a tailored checkout link without leaving the conversation.
An Integrated Experience In SureCart (Customer)
Once a quote is created, it’s more than just a link—it becomes part of the customer’s experience. Customers will find a new “Quotes” tab in their Customer Dashboard, where they can view all quotes associated with their account.
Each quote is presented in a structured, professional layout that looks and feels like a real quote or invoice.
Viewing Individual Quotes
Clicking any quote opens a detailed, invoice-style view that presents the full quote in a clean and professional format. Customers can clearly see all products, pricing, quantities, discounts, and totals, along with your store branding, making it feel like a real quote rather than a simple preview.
This makes it easier for customers to review and understand the offer before proceeding. Best of all, they can click a button to open the checkout with everything already prefilled, no need to copy any links. It simplifies the process and encourages sales, especially when offering custom pricing or tailored bundles.
Customers can also print the quote or save it as a PDF for sharing, approvals, or record keeping.
