We kindly ask that when asking for a refund, you describe the reason so that we can fully understand the situation and make any improvements for the future of our product or service. 

To request a refund, please go to our contact page and select “Account & Billing” tab, enter “Refund Request” into the subject line, please let us know which of the following situations apply to you:

  • A. The plugin does not work as described in the description or details.
  • B. The plugin has technical issues that our support team is unable to fix in a reasonable time frame that makes it unusable. Please check our support policy to learn more about getting support.
  • C. The plugin works fine, but you changed your mind and are no longer using it.

Refund Disclaimers

If you are asking for a refund due to technical issues caused by conflicts with SureCart, 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software, please contact our support for an opportunity for us to investigate the issue and resolve the conflict first.

In some situations, such as option C above, we reserve the right to reduce the payment processing fee from the total refunded amount. This applies in situations when there is no fault of our own, as it would be unfair for us to absorb the processing fee cost as a loss. 

No refunds will be given if your request is over 14 days after purchase.
