We firmly believe in and stand behind our SurelyWP products 100%. If you would like to request a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- The plugin does not work as described in the description or details.
- The plugin has issues that our support team is unable to fix in a reasonable time frame that makes it unusable.
- The plugin works fine, but you changed your mind and can prove you are no longer using SureCart or our plugin
If these conditions are met, please go to our contact page and select “Account & Billing” tab, enter “Refund Request” into the subject line, and describe the situation in the message.
Technical issues caused by SureCart, 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion based on the criteria stated in this document.
In some situations, we reserve the right to reduce the payment processing fee from the total refunded amount. This applies to any exception to the policy we may choose to make or if there is no fault of our own.
No refunds will be given if your request is over 30 days after purchase.
