Toolkit For SureCart

We have been releasing a steady stream of features in recent months, most recently an update with 20 new features, and then our big Product Fields feature and the new Already Purchased Notice feature. We also recently released version 1.9  with a new reviews shortcode builder and lots of new column customization features and admin tools! We also released our new temporary login support feature.

Our development list is getting shorter, so let us know what you want to see next! We still have ideas to consider and work on, and will continue to do that. There are some larger ideas we want to work on, but we need to always consider the feasibility, value carefully, and where they belong. What we focus on mostly depends on user feedback!

Marketing

We just did a huge rebrand of this plugin from Discounts to Marketing. This name change will set the pace for our new features. This update includes sitewide sales banners, discount message variables, and evergreen discounts, which are now available.

We just released the Stock FOMO feature! It has stock notices, short links, a click-to-apply coupon, and more! Immediately after that, we released the Activity Indicators features for showing dynamic badges and notices for recent purchases, current viewers, and active carts.

Next we released Wishlist and Save For Later, two very powerful tools for saving customer purchase intent.

The latest features released are Scheduled Products and Limited Products, which make it possible to do product drops and more! We also then released Floating Notifiations, a feature of the Activity Indications for Recent Sales.

Most recently, we released Advanced Coupons, allowing you to restrict coupons by product price, variant, collection, and user role or SureMembers access group.

A new Waitlist feature is coming soon! It will be very versatile and work with various applications.

This plugin has quickly become a huge powerhouse of features, and all sales go directly to its development, so we appreciate your support.

Insights

We just completed a major rename and huge expansion of this plugin (formerly Email Reports For SureCart). Now you can view insights for orders and subscriptions from a slide-out panel in the SureCart orders and subscriptions list! We also added customer journey tracking so you can see the origin source and steps taken before reaching the checkout.

Next, we have continued the expansion with the same kind of insights for customers. This was released recenlty, and next we will focus on product insights. Our goal is to have a central insights page for everything in one place. This all takes significant work and time, so let us know what is priority for you, and what kind of insights you would like to see about your store, and where you would like to see those!

Services

We recently released several huge updates. First was version 1.4 with the ability to show the requirements form directly on the product page! Next was version 1.5 with recurring services, allowing the customer to start a new service from their dashboard, and setting the number of services allowed per billing cycle. This is requested for situations where someone can subscribe and is allowed a certain number of service requests per month, for example. We are expanding the use cases to things like Coaching Calls, Consultations, and more! You can see this in our recent feature to rename services to whatever you want. And last, was 1.7, with custom milestones! This lets you add multiple milestones, each with a custom title, revisions, and delivery timeframe.

We also just released 1.8 with reviews integration, which prompts customers to leave review after a service is completed, just like sites like Fiverr and Upwork. This integrates the review with the associated SureCart product.

B2B

I’m so excited for our new product table feature that we just released in version 2.3! That’s right, you can now create fully configurable product tables for your wholesale store and let customers. There are many benefits to this feature, such as easy browsing, comparing details, easily adding multiple products to their cart at once, and so on. The table works with our other features, like price and product restrictions, and the inquiry form feature, to be able to add a product to an inquiry form from the table.

We have been releasing a lot of updates to this plugin. First, we released product variant restrictions! Now you can hide any SureCart variant by user role or SureMembers access group, just like you can do for prices and products. Next, we released user role restriction for Catalog Mode and Inquiry Forms, meaning you can now choose to only show catalog mode or inquiry forms to users with specific roles.

Support Portal

We recently released several small but helpful updates to customize the “Support Portal” tab text, as well as a button to “Request Support” on each order to make it more convenient when a customer is viewing a single order and needs support. This includes improvements to the related order field, making it not required. We also improved the form by adding the product name to the related product dropdown.

Other Addons

We are in the planning stages of several new distinct addons. We would love to hear your feedback on things like a multi-vendor addon, sell media addon, credit system, and many more we can’t mention here yet. We would appreciate hearing your feedback and interest in these addons! We invest development time and money in the areas that have the most interest from you.
