New Reviews Shortcode Builder

The highlight of this release is our brand-new Reviews Shortcode Builder, making it easier than ever to create beautiful product review displays without manually building shortcode parameters.

Using a live preview interface, you can visually customize your review layouts while instantly seeing the results before copying the generated shortcode. This eliminates the guesswork of remembering shortcode attributes and gives you complete control over how reviews appear throughout your site.

Whether you want to display a full review section, a review summary, review filters, star ratings, or other review elements, the new builder dramatically simplifies the process and makes creating custom review layouts accessible to everyone.

New Order Logs

One of the most requested administrative improvements is finally here.

The new Order Logs feature provides a centralized history of important events that occur throughout an order’s lifecycle. Instead of wondering what happened or when a particular action occurred, you can quickly review logged events directly from the order.

This makes troubleshooting significantly easier, improves visibility into order activity, and provides valuable insight when assisting customers or diagnosing issues.

Product Selling Enhancements

This release includes several significant improvements that help merchants create better purchasing experiences while giving customers more confidence throughout the buying process.

Conditional Product Fields

Product Fields now support simple conditional visibility. You can automatically show or hide fields based on the selected option of an earlier dropdown field, allowing you to create cleaner and more intelligent product forms without the complexity of a full conditional logic builder.

This is ideal for personalization options, gift purchases, registrations, course enrollments, and countless other use cases where additional information is only required in certain situations.

Product Fields Summary Shortcode

Customers can now review the Product Field information they’ve entered before completing their purchase.

The new Product Fields Summary shortcode displays entered values in a clean, organized table, making it perfect for checkout pages or any custom layout where customers should verify their selections before placing an order.

Multiple Downloads Per Product Price

Our existing Price-Based Downloads feature has been expanded to support assigning multiple downloadable files to each product price.

Customers only receive access to the files associated with the specific price they purchased, allowing you to create richer digital products, bundled downloads, premium tiers, and version-specific resources while maintaining precise access control.

Purchase Quantity Limits

We’ve introduced flexible Purchase Quantity Limits that can be configured individually for each product.

Store owners can enable purchase limits, specify the maximum quantity allowed per order, and customize the message customers see when they reach the limit. The system intelligently manages quantities throughout the entire purchasing process, ensuring limits are consistently enforced on product pages, in the cart, during checkout, and through backend validation.

This feature is perfect for limited products, event registrations, digital licenses, promotional offers, and many other scenarios where quantity restrictions are important.

Subscription & Order Management Improvements

Toolkit continues to expand the administrative tools available for managing subscriptions and orders.

New Installments Management Screen

Stores using installment payment plans can now access a dedicated Installments screen directly from the SureCart menu.

The new interface includes powerful filtering options, search capabilities, and dedicated views for managing installment subscriptions independently from traditional subscriptions.

Improved Subscription Type Identification

The Subscription Type column now clearly distinguishes between Parent Orders, Renewal Orders, and Installment Orders, making it much easier to understand the relationship between subscription orders at a glance.

Company Name Columns

New Company Name columns can now be added to both the Orders and Subscriptions screens through the Admin Columns feature.

This allows businesses selling to organizations to quickly identify which company an order or subscription belongs to without opening individual records.

Hide SureCart Learn

We’ve also added options to hide the SureCart Learn submenu or remove its task-count badge, helping administrators keep the WordPress dashboard cleaner and more focused.

Clickable Product Names In Order Details

Product names displayed within the SureCart Customer Dashboard order details can now link directly to their public product pages, making it easier for customers to revisit products they’ve previously purchased.

New Support & Troubleshooting Tools

We’ve also introduced several new features designed to make supporting your store faster and easier.

Temporary Login

When you need assistance from our support team, securely generate a temporary administrator login without creating permanent WordPress accounts or sharing your own credentials. Temporary logins automatically simplify the support process while helping keep your website secure.

System Report

The new System Report gathers important WordPress, server, SureCart, and plugin information into a single report that can be copied or downloaded as an image. This makes it much easier to share your site’s environment details during troubleshooting and helps us resolve issues more quickly.

Dedicated Support Tab

Toolkit now includes a dedicated Support tab that gives you quick access to documentation, troubleshooting resources, and support information directly inside the plugin.

Additional Improvements

Better Dropdown Search

Finally, we’ve optimized product and collection search fields throughout Toolkit to support much faster searching across large SureCart catalogs, improving product selection in features such as Product Fields, Vacation Mode, Lead Magnets, and many other settings.
