Access The Admin Columns Feature

Easily manage your SureCart orders and products tables with the Admin Columns feature in Toolkit for SureCart. Navigate to the Toolkit settings and open the Admin Columns tab, where you can enable or disable admin column customizations separately for orders, products, and subscriptions. Once enabled, you’ll see a list of default SureCart columns, ready for customization.

Rename Any SureCart Column Heading Label

Easily customize any of the existing Order, Products, and Subscription column header labels. Simply open a column’s settings and edit the name. The updated label will appear in the table header when viewing the respective SureCart screens. This can help improve clarity, especially for teams managing multiple admins. For example, you might rename “Status” to “Payment Status” to make its purpose more explicit.

Completely Hide Unnecessary SureCart Table Columns

You can also clean up your order, product, and subscription tables by hiding entire columns that you don’t need. There are often columns that are not relevant to all types of stores, such as Shipping Status for digital-only product stores. Each column has its own settings in our plugin, allowing you to disable the ones you don’t need with a simple on/off toggle. By default, all of the default SureCart columns remain visible, but you have full control over which ones you want to keep. Since physical space is limited, hiding unneeded columns can free up more room to add the extra options (see below).

Here’s a great example: I don’t use the commission amount or integrations, so these columns are useless to me. With a simple toggle switch, I can completely remove these columns! 

Enable Additional Columns Provided By The Toolkit For SureCart Plugin

Here’s the best part! Beyond the default SureCart columns, our plugin provides extra column options that you can enable as needed. These additional columns are disabled by default but can be activated to display valuable insights. Currently, we offer extra columns for the SureCart Orders, Subscriptions, and Products screens:

Orders

• Product Name – Display the names of the products included in each order for quick reference.
• Subscription Type – Instantly identify whether an order is the original Parent Order, a Renewal, or part of an Installment payment plan.
• Trial Status – Display a Trialing badge for subscriptions currently in their trial period.
• Recovery Status – Mark abandoned cart recoveries with a Recovered badge.
• Company Name – Display the company name entered during checkout alongside each order.
• Invoice Download – Add a convenient Download button to quickly view, print, or save invoices.

Subscriptions

• Renewal Date – Display the next scheduled renewal date.
• Renewal Frequency – Quickly see whether subscriptions renew daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or on another billing interval.
• Company Name – Display the company associated with each subscription for easier B2B management.

Products

• Product ID – Display the product ID for quick reference, shortcode creation, or development tasks.
• Product Variants – View available variants directly from the products list without opening each product.

Handy “Edit Columns” Button On Orders, Subscriptions, And Products

Sometimes you don’t realize you’d like to change your columns until you’re actually viewing them. That’s why Toolkit can add a convenient Edit Columns button directly to the Orders, Products, and Subscriptions screens. With a single click, you can jump straight to the Admin Columns settings without navigating through the Toolkit interface. It saves time, makes customization more discoverable, and encourages you to fine-tune your workspace whenever your workflow changes.
