Easily select which user roles can access the user switching functionality. You can choose from standard WordPress roles like Admin and Editor, or SureCart-specific roles such as SureCart Shop Manager. Users with these roles will see the user switching buttons and links directly in the SureCart interface, allowing them to seamlessly switch into customer accounts for better troubleshooting, testing, and support.

Enable user switching links for both the customer list and individual customer details pages. In the list view, links appear when hovering over each customer, allowing you to quickly switch into their account without leaving the page. In the customer details view, a dedicated button lets you switch directly into that user’s account.
