1. Install and Activate Toolkit For SureCart

If you haven’t already, download and activate the Toolkit For SureCart plugin. This addon unlocks helpful tools for store owners, including new admin table customization options for SureCart.

2. Enable The Admin Table Column Customization Feature

Once the plugin is active, navigate to SurelyWP > Toolkit and open the Admin Columns tab. Here you will see two additional tabs for Order Columns and Product Columns. Each can be enabled or disabled independently.

Below, you will see a list of all the default order or product columns available in SureCart. Unfortunately, we can’t rearrange those, but you can edit the column header text or hide them as needed.

3. Modify Existing Column Labels

To change the default column labels, click on the column name and edit it to something more suitable for your store’s needs. After making your changes, save the updated labels to reflect them in your tables.

4. Hide Unnecessary Columns

To reduce clutter in your table view, you can easily hide any unnecessary columns by enabling the toggle feature. For example, since I only have digital products, I chose to remove the “Order Fulfillment Status” and “Order Shipping Status” columns. Additionally, I am not using the “Other Integrations” column, so I removed that as well.

Add New Columns

With Toolkit For SureCart, you now have the ability to add new columns that provide even more helpful information at a glance. The new columns include:

• Product Name Column – View the purchased products directly in the order list without opening each individual order.
• Subscription Type Column – Quickly identify if an order is part of an installment plan by displaying a “Payment Plan” badge.
• Trial Column – Instantly see if an order is in a trial period with a “Trialing” badge.
• Recovery Status Column – See if a cart was recovered from abandonment with a “Recovered” badge.
• Invoice Column – Access and download order invoices directly from the Orders list with a one-click Download Invoice button.

By customizing your admin tables with these new columns, you’ll have better insights and faster access to key details. Simply check the new columns you want to add in the Screen Options panel and save your changes.
